Trump and Elon Musk want to deliver a massive tax cuts to billionaires. To pay for it, congressional Republicans have voted to take a giant axe to the Medicaid budget — proposing to chop deeply into the budget of the health-insurance program that covers 2 of every 5 births in the United States. The New York Times reports that a cut of the size Republicans seek “could force states to … stop providing coverage to as many as 20 million Americans.”
